Accounts, login, and email verification

Signing up

Create an account at app.1lookup.io/signup with Google (one click)
or with an email address and password. No card is needed to create an
account.

Email signups receive a verification email; the link is valid for
24 hours.

Verification email never arrived?

Check spam/junk, and search your inbox for mail from 1lookup.io.
Ask in the chat and we re-send it instantly (the new link lasts 24

hours again).

Corporate mail filters sometimes quarantine automated mail. If two

resends land nowhere, sign up with Google instead, or write to us.

Can't log in?

Forgot password: reset it at app.1lookup.io/forgot-password.
Signed up with Google? There is no password: use the Log in with

Google button.

Reset email not arriving: same checklist as above, then write to

us in the chat and a person will help.

We will never ask for your password in chat, and you should never share
it there.

Team members

You can invite team members from the settings pages; members share the
organization's credits and plan.

Closing your account

Stopping billing is self-serve under Billing (see "Cancelling, billing,
and refunds"). If you also want your data deleted, write to us in the
chat or at support@1lookup.io and we take care of it.
