Property lookup: beds, baths, size and sale history by address
Property Lookup takes a US street address and returns what is on record for that home: its size and layout, whether it is on the market and what it last sold for. Use it to qualify a lead, size up a property before a call or fill gaps in an address list.
What it tells you
- Whether the address was matched, and the address as it appears on record.
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area in square feet and the year the home was built.
- The home type, for example a condo.
- The current listing status, such as for sale, and the list price where one is shown.
- City, state and ZIP broken out as separate fields.
- Market history: how many days the property has been on the market, the date of the last sale and the price it sold for, plus how many photos the listing carries.
What you need to provide
One input is required: the full US street address, including street, city, state and ZIP. If you already hold the listing URL, you can send that instead of the address.
What it costs
15 credits per lookup. This one is success-based: you are charged 0 credits on a no-match. Live per-product costs are shown on the Billing page in your dashboard.
How to run it
- In the dashboard: Property Lookup
- From your code: POST /v1/property-lookup, then see the Developer Hub at app.1lookup.io/developer-hub.
Good to know
- This product covers US addresses, read from public real-estate listing data.
- This is a deep fetch, so expect seconds rather than milliseconds. Repeat lookups on the same address inside the 7-day cache window are served from cache.
- Results are point-in-time. A listing status or a price can change the day after your lookup, so re-run before you act on an old result.
- Property records describe where people live. Use them for legitimate business purposes only.
